Abstract
This paper presents a collection of funerary cones discovered by the Polish-Egyptian expedition in the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari between 1982 and 2022. One of these cones was found in the vicinity of its original context, while the others originated from various parts of the Theban necropolis. The latter belong to secondary materials brought to the temple by Coptic monks with the intention of repurposing them. This article examines the possible circumstances under which these cones were brought to the temple.
